Our services are for educational and informational purposes only. I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or psychologist. My coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice. Always seek a qualified professional for such concerns.

4. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Results may vary from person to person

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and aim to keep your information confidential. However:

  • Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings

  • We may disclose information if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to services unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices are subject to change at any time

  • Refund policies: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for refunds

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited without refund (although I will happily offer to reschedule your session)

8. Client Conduct

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and appropriately during sessions

  • Not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Not record sessions without explicit consent

We reserve the right to terminate services if behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and provided through our services (including text, videos, worksheets, and branding) is owned by Eros Intimacy Coaching and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

  • Your use of our services is at your own risk
