Step 2: We Meet for Your Connection Call

We’ll meet via video for your complimentary 60-minute consultation.

This is a warm, supportive space where you can share what’s on your heart and speak openly about what you’re navigating in your intimate life or relationship. There is no pressure — just an opportunity for you to be heard and understood.

I’ll listen deeply, offer gentle insight, and reflect back what I’m hearing. If working together feels aligned for both of us, we’ll thoughtfully map out a path forward that supports your goals and the transformation you’re seeking.

Step 1: Book Your Complimentary Connection Call

Begin by scheduling your complimentary connection call — a gentle first step toward the intimacy and connection you’re desiring.

Once your call is confirmed, you’ll receive a short intake form to thoughtfully complete beforehand. This allows you to share what feels most present for you right now — whether that’s challenges in your relationship, questions around desire, or a longing for deeper connection.

Your responses help me understand your unique experience so our call can feel focused, supportive, and meaningful from the very beginning.

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Transformation

We’ll meet for 60-minute virtual sessions twice per month, creating a consistent and confidential space for you to share openly, reflect deeply, and build meaningful momentum toward your goals.

Each session is designed to offer both insight and practical tools — supporting you in developing healthier patterns of intimacy, communication, and connection in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

Between sessions, you’ll receive weekly check-ins for continued guidance and accountability. You’re also welcome to reach out via text or WhatsApp as needed, with responses during my business hours, so you feel supported throughout your journey.

Step 3: Your Personalized Coaching Journey Begins

Based on what you shared during our call, I will thoughtfully design a 3–6 month coaching journey tailored specifically to you.

Your plan will reflect where you are right now — emotionally, relationally, and intimately — while gently guiding you toward where you want to be. Together, we’ll focus on the areas that need the most care and attention, creating steady, meaningful progress over time.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a personalized, supportive container designed to help you feel safe, empowered, and deeply supported as you grow.
